9. TFTP

This chapter describes how to start and use the TFTP-client program supplied with AceaXe Plus.

The TFTP program is a client implementation (i.e. a user interface) of DARPA standard Trivial File Transfer Protocol. TFTP allows you to transfer both text and binary files between your PC and a remote computer running the server implementation of Trivial File Transfer Protocol.

In order for TFTP-client to communicate with a remote computer, that computer must also have a server implementation of TFTP.

You can run multiple TFTP sessions simultaneously in separate windows.
